Functions of IC are:
- To ensure that college officials are responsive, accountable and courteous in their interactions with SC/ST students.
- To provide effective and impartial resolution of SC/ST students’ grievances.
- The committee is tasked with addressing complaints submitted by SC/ST students exclusively and assessing their validity.
- It is also authorized to address issues related to harassment.
- To guide and coordinate their scholarship related activities.
