Message from the Ombudsperson

Welcome to MITS School of Biotechnology, Bhubaneswar. MSB has been performing academic excellence since 2003. As the Ombudsperson, we here at MSB are to serve as an independent, neutral and confidential resource dedicated to upholding fairness, integrity and equity across our entire campus community. This office provides a safe, objective and unbiased environment where students can voice grievances, resolve interpersonal or institutional conflicts and address academic or administrative concerns without fear of retaliation.

Working in alignment with statutory regulations and alongside the Student Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC), ICC, Anti Ragging Committee we ensure that every matter is evaluated impartially and resolved through fair procedures. Our ultimate commitment is to safeguard every individual’s (MITS family) rights, promote transparency and foster a healthy campus culture rooted in mutual respect and justice.
